Returns
• You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
• To be eligible, your item must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
• Items that cannot be returned include final sale items; perishable goods (e.g., food); personal care products (cosmetics, hygiene items); and electronics without original packaging or missing accessories.
MKR KARDELL LLC currently offers free standard shipping on all orders.
Exchanges

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
